Regularly asked to provide secure architecture recommendations on projects. Developed, maintain, and instruct the curriculum for the Secure Web Application Development training that all Web Developers are required to attend. Developed and maintain National Instrument's first Enterprise Risk Management Program. Responsible for the development, maintenance, and testing of all IT General Controls for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Responsible for the development, maintenance, and testing of controls around the PCI DSS objectives. In this role, I have reduced our overall threat level by 50%, introduced security into our SDLC, and am currently working to bring NI up to PCI compliance.
